We're looking for an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Accenture! You will be responsible for the complete payroll processes and services. Your task will be to manage payroll programs, calculate wages, ensure compliance with regulations and provide support to employees.

YOUR MISSION:

• Manage payroll tasks from start to finish for timely and accurate payouts

• Maintenance and preparation of work reports and documentation

• Validating output files for the payroll process

• Support for internal and external audits related to payroll

• Performing internal controls of payroll processes

• Supporting employees with payroll inquiries and escalations

WHO YOU ARE:

• Very good knowledge of accounting.

• Internship as a payroll accountant.

• Knowledge of wage legislation and related regulations.

• PC user knowledge and excellent knowledge of MS Office.

• Stress resistance, time flexibility, loyalty.

• Organizational skills, communication skills.

• Independence in performing work tasks.
