About the role:
As Payroll Specialist, you will deliver a cost-effective, accurate payroll service for Electrolux Poland and coordinate payroll activities across locations.
You will work with Business Partners to understand changes in the region and plan payroll activity to meet business needs. You will proactively review customer feedback to identify areas of service improvement.

In detail you will:
Prepare of payroll calculation for employees
Responsible for process payroll activities form the end to end – completing and verification of payroll data
Preparation of declarations and settlements for ZUS, US, PFRON, GUS
Deliver payroll information, reports and transactions in an accurate and timely manner
Always keep high focus on customer service and build good relations with stakeholders
Qualifications & Requirements:
Previous experience with Polish Payroll calculation (shared services environment as an advantage)
Good knowledge of Polish Social Security regulation, Tax, and Labour code
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented, accurate, communicative & a helpful team player
University/Business School degree or equivalent
Ability to work with confidential information
Very good knowledge of MS Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel)
Knowledge of Enova would be a strong asset
