WE ARE LOOKING FOR A PERM PART TIME (2 DAYS PER WEEK - ANY DAYS YOU WANT)
IDEAL ROLE FOR SOMEONE WHO DOES PAYROLL FOR THEMSELVES (HAS BUSINESS) OR IS RETIRED AND WANTS TO WORK 2 DAYS. ALL ARE WELCOME TO APPLY
- Administer statements of payment and compile them.
- Process taxes and payment of employee benefits
- Address issues and questions regarding payroll from employees and executives
- Prepare payroll reports for upper management, finance department, etc.
Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist with a background in USA payroll
- Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals and payroll best practices
- Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
- Trustworthy with attention to confidentiality
- Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
