We offer

We are looking for a skilled Payroll Specialist to join the Payroll, Time &
Attendance team in Tunisia, Tunis to play a key role in the new HR service delivery model, a global implementation of Workday and a global payroll harmonization within the Europe & Africa region.

In this role, you will work as a support to the implementation of Payroll processes, corresponding service delivery model and a landscape of external Payroll providers.
You will analyse local input & requirements and design local and regional solutions always aligned with the global design principles and future operating model.
On daily basis you will be working closely with a matrixed group of stakeholders, primarily local HR colleagues across brands and geographies who have the local as-is knowledge, as well as the core project team that have designed the to-be organisation and processes.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage pre-payroll, on-cycle payroll, off-cycle payroll processes
• Extract the T&A data and provide the same to payroll provider
• Validate payroll results & provide approvals for final pay credits based on control reports
• Annual payroll reconciliation and new Payroll Year preparation
• Ensure timely Social Insurance Tax Payment and Reporting
• Manage advance payments
• Adjust basic time configuration of systems after initial implementation, as approved/required
• Track vendor deliverables on payroll SLAs vide defined payroll metrics
• Be risk aware and help identify, report, mitigate and track risks in the payroll delivery process
• Support the Payroll team lead in providing necessary data and clarifications to questions raised by audit – internal and external
• Manage the timely submission of RICC controls
• Participate in Time and Attendance initiatives including system upgrades, communication of changes to People Partners, testing and documenting all changes for historical and record retention policies, project support as needed
• Interfaces with People Partner to support employee/ manager queries
• Identify improvement opportunities in regional processes and raises them to global process managers
• Facilitate knowledge transfer across different parties involved in service
delivery in the current operating model, the core program team,
external implementation partner, etc.
