The Role
Key Responsibilities
- You will take ownership of the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual personnel cost statements, ensuring a high level of data accuracy and quality.
- As a key point of contact, you will support the preparation and coordination of payroll-related external audits.
- You will ensure meaningful and high-quality reporting, providing a reliable basis for informed decision-making.
- Working closely with the team, you will contribute to the further development of our internal control system and help ensure compliance with relevant processes and standards.
- You will manage and administer our internal ATOSS ASES system landscape while supporting the continuous optimization of payroll-related processes.
- You will independently drive special topics and projects within the Payroll team, actively contributing your ideas and expertise.
Key Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in payroll, finance, or accounting
- Experience working with accounting systems, ideally SAP Business ByDesign
- Advanced Excel skills and confident use of Microsoft Office applications
- Strong interest in the intersection of payroll, accounting, and process improvement
- Structured, independent, and reliable way of working, combined with a high level of discretion
- A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working with a variety of stakeholders
- Fluent German and good English language skills
