Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely payment Process payroll through Dayforce (Ceridian) and VISTA.
- Daily downloading of timecards and posting.
- Entering wages, deductions, changes.
- Weekly Certified Payroll reporting.
- Ensure the hours in Vista match Dayforce.
- Posting time entries and verify deductions and liability amounts.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Supervisory responsibilities are not anticipated.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Payroll experience of two years.
- Experienced with Dayforce (Ceridian) payroll system or Vista is a plus.
- Knowledge of wages and labor laws.
- Must be able to prioritize duties, be discreet with confidential information and adherence to strict deadlines.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Software to include; Excel, Work and Outlook.
- Must have a strong work ethic with excellent communications skills.
