Overview
As the Payroll Senior Specialist, you will play a critical role in leading the payroll services for our newly created SAP MPS (Managed Payroll Services) and BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) service organization.
This role requires fluent English and local payroll expertise in one of the following countries:
Norway
Denmark
Estonia

Which tasks can you expect?
Ensure accurate and compliant payroll delivery for Nordic clients.
Support payroll transformation and process improvement initiatives.
Define and implement local and global payroll standards.
Manage payroll documentation, SOPs, and governance controls.
Collaborate with clients, country teams, and external stakeholders.
Support year-end activities, statutory reporting, and system testing.
Qualifications and Experience :
5–8 years of experience in payroll outsourcing within a BPO for Nordic countries
Fluent English and local language (written and spoken)
Living in Europe is mandatory
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, including:
payroll control centre
garnishments
payroll policies and controls
compliance and payments
Practical experience with Employee Central Payroll
Knowledge of SLA and KPI reporting
Ability to work under pressure
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
