This position is based in Hazlet, NJ, with a hybrid schedule (three days in the office: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday). Join a motivated, detail-oriented, and collaborative team where your contributions will make a real difference. Your potential is our inspiration.
Where You Will Make an Impact
- Process weekly, biweekly, and monthly payrolls for approximately 3,000 employees using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure accuracy in all payroll processes, including time and attendance records, deductions, compensation changes, overtime, shift changes, and withholding adjustments.
- Perform pre- and post-processing payroll reconciliation tasks.
- Prepare and deliver all required payroll and related reports for month-end.
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries via ticketing system.
- Review and accurately complete periodic and year-end reporting information.
- Support additional tasks and projects as assigned.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a minimum of 3 years of payroll processing experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Working Knowledge of E-Time or similar platform.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Solid understanding of payroll processing principles.
- Ability to work under strict deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and implications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
