We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Analyst to manage payroll operations for our employees based in Campinas. This role requires expertise in Brazilian labor law, tax regulations, and payroll systems to ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Responsibilities / Tasks

Payroll Processing
- Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 298 employees in compliance with Brazilian labor laws (CLT - Consolidação das Leis do Trabalho).
- Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions accurately.
- Manage vacation pay (férias), 13th salary (décimo terceiro), and FGTS calculations.
- Process termination payments including rescisão calculations.
- Handle salary advances and loans when applicable.
Compliance and Reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and municipal tax obligations.
- Prepare and submit monthly government reports including:
- GFIP (Guia de Recolhimento do FGTS e Informações à Previdência Social).
- DIRF (Declaração do Imposto de Renda Retido na Fonte).
- RAIS (Relação Anual de Informações Sociais).
- CAGED reporting for hiring and terminations.
- Maintain accurate records for labor inspections and audits.
- Calculate and remit social security contributions (INSS), FGTS, and income tax withholdings.
Benefits Administration
- Process health insurance (plano de saúde), dental insurance, and life insurance deductions.
- Manage meal vouchers (vale alimentação/refeição) and transportation vouchers (vale transporte).
- Calculate and process profit-sharing (PLR) distributions.
- Coordinate with benefits providers for enrollment and changes.
System Management and Data Integrity
- Maintain payroll system data accuracy and employee information updates.
- Generate payroll reports for management and accounting teams.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Backup and secure payroll data in compliance with data protection regulations (LGPD).
Employee Support
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.
- Provide pay stub explanations and wage statements.
- Assist with employment verification requests.
- Support HR with compensation-related queries.ent systems (eSocial, Conectividade Social).

Your Profile / Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multi-location payroll processing.
- Knowledge of international payroll concepts.
- Familiarity with LGPD (Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados) compliance.

- Experience with payroll audits and government inspections.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of payroll processing experience in Brazil.
- Experience managing payroll for 200+ employees preferred.
Technical Skills
- Expert knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets with complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Experience with ERP systems for payroll integration.

- Familiarity with electronic governm.
