To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Payroll & Personnel Administration Specialist located in Tczew, Poland.

What a typical day looks like:

• Maintaining employee records and HR documentation
• Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
• Preparing and verifying payroll data, including salaries, bonuses, benefits, deductions, and absences
• Preparing employment contracts, amendments, certificates, and other HR documents
• Monitoring leave, sick leave, and employee absences
• Ensuring compliance with labor law, payroll regulations, and internal company policies
• Cooperating with external payroll providers, accounting teams, and public authorities when required
• Preparing HR and payroll reports and analyses
• Providing employees and managers with professional support on HR and payroll-related matters
• Staying up to date with changes in labor and payroll legislation

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• 2+ years of experience in HR, payroll, or a similar position
• Good knowledge of payroll and employment regulations
• Practical knowledge of labor law and HR administration
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Confidentiality and a high level of professionalism
