We're looking for a talented and passionate Payroll & Benefits Analyst to join Wildlife's Payroll team. You’ll play a key crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits for our employees. You will be responsible for administering our benefits programs, managing benefits payroll data and providing exceptional customer service.
You’ll work closely with HR, Finance and other teams to improve, review and implement processes for our benefits programs. Your expertise in people operations, payroll and benefits administration will be crucial to drive these initiatives successfully.

What you'll do
- Operate all employee benefits programs, including health insurance, pension plans, meal and other policies;
- Process benefit enrollments, changes, and terminations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with applicable benefits laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data in our systems.
- Run reports and analyses to identify trends and anomalies.
- Assist with audits and compliance reviews.
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting or a related field.
- Solid experience in benefits administration or payroll processing.
- Strong knowledge of payroll laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in using Excel and HRIS systems.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with global benefits and understanding of international market practices;
- Experience with benefits negotiations and cost analysis.
