Mission:

We are currently seeking a friendly and experienced Payroll Accounting Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the payroll accounting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency as well as performing reconciliations of payroll related accounts.  As a Payroll Accounting Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company's financial operations, working closely with both the finance and human resources departments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Oversee and manage the payroll accounting process, ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Review and reconcile payroll data, including timesheets, bonuses, commissions, and overtime for both our domestic and foreign payrolls.
• Manage relationships with external payroll service providers.
• Prepare and analyze payroll reports and financial statements.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate recording and reporting of payroll expenses.
• Conduct regular audits to identify and resolve any payroll discrepancies or errors.

What makes you the hero for this job?

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, a plus
• Experience using ADP Workforce Now.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in payroll accounting management.
• Strong knowledge of payroll tax laws and regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and automated payroll systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience reconciling payroll and benefit related accruals.
