Position Title: Field Representative I

40 hours per week, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm (1 hour lunch)
POSITION PROFILE
Performs multiple duties to ensure all incoming mail for corporate payroll department is handled individually through to proper distribution and recording of each item received. Position will receive, open, read, sort, and route incoming mail. Routing methods include scanning, addressing, and processing. Duties will also include keeping necessary records and completed forms for strict compliance.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Receives incoming mail items and identifies proper method for distribution based on content of each
- Distribution methods include scan, email, faxing, address look ups, and processing for outbound mailing
- Responsible for impeccable record keeping of all activity for compliance and management reports
- Performs duties related to the shipping and receiving of materials.
- Maintains inventories of supplies needed and follows ordering process as needed
- Liaise with payroll department
- Uses all copier and scanning equipment, postage meter and PC.
- Performs filing duties to ensure compliance and archiving as needed
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, and Certifications)
- Requires high school diploma or GED and 2-3 years of related work experience.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills necessary to follow processes and maintain records
