What the Candidate Will Do

Naturally curious. You're Analytical and innovative in your problem-solving and you constantly search for ways to tweak and optimize processes.

• Assist with the administration of employee files
• Capture employee information in the Payroll system, 
• Support our Benefits Administration team
• Support in various activities in conjunction with HR

Participants will get hands-on experience working with HR seeing the day-to-day Payroll Process , pay the benefits, taxs IMSS - INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Prepare reports and support at the Total Rewards Team.

Basic Qualifications

• Currently in their 6th,7th semester pursuing a Bachelors in Administration, Public Accountanting, Finance.
• Skills: Urgency, decision-making, proactivity, responsibility.
• Language: Intermediate English (required). 

Preferred Qualifications

• Desired drive to learn about Payroll Calculation and benefits administration.
• Keen interest in growing a career in Payroll Team and Human Resources
• Analytical and multi-task oriented (ability to prioritize and manage many tasks)
