Job Description:
• Assist end-to-end payroll processes for employees
• Support payroll data checking, validation, and recap (attendance, overtime, incentives, allowances, etc.)
• Assist payroll calculation checking based on company policies
• Support BPJS and PPh21 administration processes
• Monitor and follow up payroll-related data and supporting documents from stakeholders
• Assist employee data, bank account, and payroll document verification
• Support payroll reporting, filing, and HRIS operational activities
Job Requirements:
• Final-year student or fresh graduate from Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or other data-related majors is a plus
• Strong interest in payroll, HR operations, administration, or data processing
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets (lookup, filtering, pivot tables, recap, basic formulas)
• Able to work accurately with calculations and data validation
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to maintain confidentiality of employee and payroll data
• Fast learner, proactive, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
• Willing to work fully on-site (WFO) in Bintaro
• Available for a minimum 3-month internship period
