POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for providing daily administrative support testing our Workday environment set for go live 4/1/25. This position will help support the existing payroll management team by pushing forward with UAT/End-to-End/Parrell testing as part of Phase 2 & 3 to ensure accuracy and compliance, allowing existing payroll management to continue to handle day-to-day PeopleSoft production activities when required.
SKILLS, EDUCATION, AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have UAT/Test payroll execution in UAT environment, 15,000+ employees.
- Extensive knowledge of USA Payroll especially compliance rules (FLSA, tax calculations, earnings, deductions, pay groups, costing allocations, running Workday payroll reports, audit alerts, approval processes and security rules)
- Multi-State/Locality taxation (all 50 states)
- EIB transaction data uploads
- Audit processing experience to compare configurations and other required information.
- Ability to create test cases and testing interfaces to various vendors and various systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact and collaborate effectively with existing Workday/KPMG implementation consultants.
- Problem solver with ability to consider alternative and diverse perspectives.
- Schedule
- Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm CST (remote only - can work from anywhere in US)
- Experience Level
- 10+ years’ experience processing payroll, manager level required.
- 7+ years’ Workday SME experience
