Payroll Expert is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for employees in Poland, in compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies. The role requires strong technical expertise in ADP Suite, attention to detail, and the ability to manage reconciliations, controls, and employee queries effectively.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Processing -
Execute end-to-end payroll for Poland using ADP GlobalView. Validate input data (time, absences, benefits, deductions). Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, social security, and tax regulations.
- Technical Requirements -
Proficient in ADP GlobalView configuration and processing. Ability to run and interpret system reports for payroll validation. Ability to create SSL and good understanding of systems interfacing (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) and ADP.
- Reconciliations & Controls -
Perform monthly payroll reconciliations (gross-to-net, tax, social security). Validate funding files and statutory payments. Maintain internal controls to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Query Management -
Respond to employee payroll queries promptly and professionally. Collaborate with P&O, Finance, and external vendors to resolve discrepancies. Maintain documentation for query resolution and compliance.
- Compliance & Reporting -
Ensure timely submission of statutory reports (ZUS, PIT, PFRON). Support internal and external audits. Keep up-to-date with changes in Polish payroll legislation.

Qualifications

- English and Polish language proficiency required
Compensation Structure & Criteria:
Sandoz compensation is determined by job level, qualifications, niche skills, experience, and location within company salary ranges. Fully proficient and highly effective employees can expect a starting salary around market median, with those new to the level or with less functional depth at the lower end of the range and those with sustained superior or niche skills towards the higher end of the range. Internal equity and external market data inform our range placement. Annual salary reviews consider performance outcomes, market alignment, and business needs.

Pay range (monthly salary): zł/gross banding 7 234 - 13 433
Variable compensation:
- Annual performance-based bonus: 10%
