As part of our continued growth in Ireland, we are seeking 2 Payroll Executives to join SD Worx Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing international organisation and a highly experienced payroll team. About the role:
As a Payroll Executive, you will be responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll services to a portfolio of clients while providing an excellent customer experience. Working as part of a supportive and experienced team, you will help ensure payroll deadlines are met, client relationships are maintained, and service excellence is consistently delivered.
Which tasks can you expect?
Manage end-to-end Irish payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Validate payroll data, perform payroll checks, and resolve discrepancies before payroll submission.
Ensure compliance with Irish payroll legislation, tax regulations, statutory payments, pensions, and GDPR requirements.
Respond to payroll-related queries from clients, employees, and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
Coordinate payroll payments, reporting, year-end activities, and required submissions to relevant authorities.
Produce payroll reports, reconciliations, and audit documentation as required.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing a high level of customer service and support.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the payroll team.

Experience working in a high-volume payroll environment, either in-house or bureau.
Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and statutory requirements.
IPASS qualified or currently working towards qualification.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
A proactive approach with a commitment to accuracy and continuous improvement.

UK payroll experience.
