We are looking for a new colleague to join our Global Workforce Operations (GWO) team. In your role as payroll co-ordinator, you will be a valuable member in our regional team serving employees and ensuring high-quality standards in the EMEA region. You will be responsible for payroll data administration and processing, utilizing SAP Globalview to ensure accuracy and timeliness. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop further expertise in international payroll support while delivering a high degree of service satisfaction within a structured, global environment.
In your role you will:
- Be responsible for payroll data administration, this entails data entry, assistance in preparation, creation and execution of the monthly payroll using SAP Globalview
- Support international payroll administration across the GWO team when required
- Assist with preparation of the on-boarding of new employees
- Ensure the correspondence with institutions such as tax authorities, social security institutions, health insurance or pension providers is also one of your daily tasks as SAP key users
- Respond to questions on payroll procedures and practices via multiple channels within ServiceNow (e. g., email, phone, chat, and case management system)
- Be working with our internal and external partners for global assignments coming in and out of the scope
- Educate employees about services available to them and encourage self-service tools and other systems
- With your IT affinity and your eye for continuous improvement, you think outside the box and, based on your analyses, make recommendations for continuous process optimization
- You have a minimum of 3 years of successful experience in European Payroll, French, Italy, Uk, Dutch, Turkey payroll is a plus
- You possess knowledge and understanding of a payroll legislation or similar
- Strong communication skills in English is a must (spoken and written) and Dutch, French, Italian or Turkish is a plus
- You have the ability to document processes and make recommendations for improvements
