Working with our clients and our internal payroll team to ensure payroll changes are made promptly and accurately;
Working with Payroll Analysts on reconciliations and corrections, as needed;
Keeping client records and files accurate and up to date;
Ensuring seamless updates and exchange of payroll data between clients and our native Collage Payroll platform or their third-party provider;
Working cross-functionally across the organization to manage client inquiries, customer feedback, and product implementation;
Analyzing existing processes and working together to implement improvements across the payroll team;
Providing a consistent, knowledgeable and top-shelf customer experience
Coordinating and completing payroll updates for our clients in an accurate and timely manner, across multiple pay periods and schedules;
Running previews and proactive reviews to ensure accuracy and completeness of payroll data;
Updating client and internal records, files, and payroll systems to maintain integrity of information;
Proactively managing competing priorities and meeting multiple deadlines;
Supporting Collage Payroll clients by answering inquiries or reviewing best practices;
Managing the shared payroll client email inbox.
Canadian payroll experience (experience with multiple provinces and cloud-based payroll providers preferred);
Demonstrated customer service/success experience;
Strong communication and writing skills;
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
A commitment to learning and a creative ‘can do’ attitude towards researching and solving problems;
Industry or payroll certification like PCP (or in progress) is an asset;
Bilingual (French/English) is an asset.

The base salary for this position is between $48,000 - $52,000 annually.
This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation (i.e. annual bonus). The actual base salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
