The Crown Is Yours
As a Payroll Coordinator, you'll manage the intricacies of global bi-weekly and monthly payrolls, ensuring precision and compliance. Working across our People Team, you will design and refine scalable, efficient HRIS and payroll processes. From organizing employee records to managing contracts, schedules, and social benefits across EMEA regions, you'll play a pivotal role in streamlining operations. This role offers the chance to dive deep into detailed analysis, contribute to critical reports, and be at the heart of our dynamic growth.
What you'll do as a Payroll Coordinator

Maintain and organize employee personal files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.

Monitor and validate the accuracy of monthly shift schedules across departments.

Track, manage, and maintain absence documentation to ensure proper record-keeping.

Prepare labor/civil contracts, additional agreements, and termination documents in accordance with legal and organizational requirements.

Administer employee social benefits and ensure their accurate processing.

Oversee payroll operations, coordinate with payroll vendors, and manage reporting for designated EMEA locations.
What you'll bring

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent experience is preferred.

At least 3 years of payroll experience.

Processing multi-state payrolls for over 1,000 employees; additional experience in international payroll is a plus.

Experience with Workday preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve complex accounting issues.

Ability to work with highly confidential and sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Strong communication and organizational skills.
