We are seeking for a Payroll & Benefits Specialist who will handle the following:
- Coordinate and review monthly payroll activities with the external payroll provider.
- Administer payroll transactions, including hires, terminations, vacations, salary changes, bonuses, overtime, and statutory payments.
- Manage time and attendance processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely approvals.
- Administer employee benefits, including enrollments, changes, terminations, and vendor management.
- Support employees and managers with payroll, timekeeping, and benefits inquiries.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and labor cost analyses.
- Maintain data integrity across HR systems and support audits, reconciliations, and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor legislation and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Solid experience in payroll and benefits administration in Brazil.
- Knowledge of Brazilian labor and social security legislation.
- Experience with payroll, time and attendance, and benefits systems.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP, SAP, or other HR/payroll systems.
- Experience in multinational companies.
- Experience with audits, HR indicators, and process improvement initiatives.
Skills Required
