As a Payroll Associate, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of payroll for all employee types. You will support day-to-day payroll operations — from preparing payroll files and maintaining employee records to assisting with timekeeping and benefits. This role is key in ensuring employees are paid correctly and on time, while upholding compliance with company policies and government regulations.

WHAT WILL YOU DO- Prepare semi-monthly payroll and adjustments for regular, project-based, and contractual employees
- Assist with monthly SSS, Philhealth & Pag-ibig remittance & loan payment reports
- Assist with withholding tax reports
- Prepare final pays for separated employees for the Senior Associate’s or Specialist’s review and support employee offboarding payroll requirements
- Assist with end-of-year processing, such as 13th month pay and Annualization Conduct internal audits against standards and maintain internal records
- Assist with attendance trackers and timekeeping
- Assist employee benefits and leave administration
- Prepares and issue Authorize to Deduct forms
- Facilitate employee queries and concerns related to salaries and wages
- Prepare per cutoff reconciliation reports, including payroll payment summaries
- Assist with other Finance and Accounting activities that support team and company goals
In addition, other clerical and administrative duties as required are to be expected.

- Bachelor's/College degree in accountancy or any finance-related course
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and MS Office applications. Solid analytical skills and an eye for detail
- Preferably with experience in using Xero
Basic knowledge of payroll regulations and labor laws is a plus but not required.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's or college degree in Accountancy or a finance-related course
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll, accounting, or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
