We are looking for a Payroll Assistant who is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and has a positive, never-give-up attitude. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in processing payroll accurately and on time
  • Collect, verify, and maintain employee timekeeping and payroll data
  • Support payroll calculations including salaries, deductions, benefits, and overtime
  • Help resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
  • Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Assist with reports, audits, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams as needed

Requirements
  • Previous experience in payroll, accounting, or administrative work is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Smart problem-solver with a “never give up” mindset
  • Positive, jolly, and team-oriented personality
  • Able to manage deadlines and work well under pressure
  • Basic knowledge of Excel or payroll systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
