- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions including:

- Manage payroll reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Track changes in employment legislation and implement required updates.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
- Maintain SOP compliance to reduce risks and ensure governance.
- Work on audit observations and process improvement recommendations.
- Manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Maintain employee records in SAP and SuccessFactors.
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates of employee information.
- Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making and compliance tracking.
- Support data requirements for HR activities, budgeting, and increment processes.
- Manage and maintain HR policies across the organization.
- Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies.
- Manage employee benefits programs such as:
- Insurance
- Leave management
- Employee benefits

- Conduct periodic policy reviews with HR leadership.
- Handle employee processes such as company car management and exit management.
- Drive HR process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
