  • Handle salary processing, incentives, and bonus payouts.
  • Coordinate with Finance, HR, and IT teams to validate payroll inputs and outputs.
  • Manage payroll operations using automated systems such as:

    • ADP

  • Troubleshoot payroll system issues in coordination with technical teams.
  • Resolve employee payroll queries and discrepancies within defined timelines.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory deductions including:
    • PF
    • ESI
    • TDS
  • Manage payroll reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
HR Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Indian labor laws, employment regulations, and internal HR policies.
  • Track changes in employment legislation and implement required updates.
  • Support internal and external audits by preparing necessary documents and reports.
  • Maintain SOP compliance to reduce risks and ensure governance.
  • Work on audit observations and process improvement recommendations.
HRIS & Employee Data Management
  • Manage employee data throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
  • Maintain employee records in SAP and SuccessFactors.
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely updates of employee information.
  • Generate HR reports and analytics for decision-making and compliance tracking.
  • Support data requirements for HR activities, budgeting, and increment processes.
Policy & Benefits Management
  • Manage and maintain HR policies across the organization.
  • Ensure consistent implementation and communication of HR policies.
  • Manage employee benefits programs such as:
    • Insurance
    • Leave management
    • Employee benefits
  • Conduct periodic policy reviews with HR leadership.
  • Handle employee processes such as company car management and exit management.
Process Improvement & Stakeholder Management
  • Drive HR process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency.
  • Manage HR projects by tracking actions, milestones, and outcomes.
  • Improve employee satisfaction through query resolution and benefit management.
  • Coordinate with auditors, finance teams, and external compliance partners.


Requirements
  • Graduate degree mandatory; MBA preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in:
    • Payroll Management
    • HR Operations
    • HR Compliance
    • Employee Benefits Management
  • Strong experience with:
    • SAP Payroll
    • SuccessFactors
    • HRIS systems
  • Good understanding of:
    • Indian labor laws
    • Statutory compliance
    • PF, ESI, TDS regulations
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems.
  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with integrity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work efficiently during critical payroll periods.
  • Experience in team coordination/team management preferred.
