Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll & Compensation Senior Associate to support the implementation and delivery of global payroll and mobility compliance initiatives. This role will assist in payroll operations, compensation program administration, compliance activities, and client coordination. The ideal candidate has hands-on payroll experience, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and client service.
Key Responsibilities
Support client engagement by assisting in building strong relationships and responding to client needs in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in managing client-specific requirements, such as payroll mapping, global cost tracking, and vendor coordination.
Support the execution of end-to-end payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in line with KPIs and SLAs.
Perform payroll data validation, reconciliations, and reporting to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with year-end reporting, compensation summaries, and compliance documentation.
Collaborate on client projects by supporting process improvements, risk identification, and solution design.
Help identify opportunities for automation and process efficiencies, working with technology teams on implementations.
Ensure compliance with global payroll, tax, and expatriate regulations, maintaining accurate documentation.
Work closely with HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support payroll and compensation system enhancements.
Contribute to knowledge sharing and support colleagues in a multi-geographic, hybrid team environment.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field.
2–4 years of experience in payroll, compensation, or HR operations.
Experience supporting payroll or compensation system implementations is a plus.
Skills
Good understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Familiarity with compensation principles and frameworks.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Proficiency with HRIS/payroll systems (e.g., Workday, SAP).
Effective communication and collaboration skills.
