The role includes:
Payroll Management- Oversee and process end-to-end monthly payroll for Israel, including submission of tax forms (101, 102, 106, 126, 161) and generation of payroll journal entries.
- Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws including Bituach Leumi, Kupot Gemel, and reserve army service reporting.
- Act as the point of contact for payroll-related inquiries, audits, and reconciliations.
- Liaise with insurance and pension providers to maintain coverage and regulatory alignment.
- Manage Accounts Payable (A/P) and Accounts Receivable (A/R): invoice entry, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
- Conduct monthly bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and cash flow updates.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities in collaboration with the local Controller and global Finance team.
- Maintain orderly financial records, ensuring audit readiness and compliance with internal policies and local regulations.
- Use NetSuite ERP to record and manage financial transactions and support reporting needs.
- Leverage Microsoft Excel for reconciliations, reporting, and ad hoc financial analysis.
- Operate Michpal Payroll Software for payroll processing (experience required).
- Certified Payroll Professional with 3+ years of hands-on payroll experience in Israel.
- Certified Bookkeeper, minimum Level 2.
- Strong understanding of Israeli payroll and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in Michpal and Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP – strong advantage.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Meticulous attention to detail with a high level of organizational discipline.
Must be able to work in-office 2–3 days per week.
