Job Description:
Ensure that payroll processes are executed correctly and on time, ensuring compliance with Mexican laws, LFT, LISR, LSS, including internal policies and financial and governance controls.

What will be your key responsibilities?
Payroll processes
• Validate new hire’s information at the Payroll system
• Process New hires, terminations and salary increases at the Payroll system & IDSE
• Proccess Payroll weekly incidences of Time & Attendance (Absenteeism, inabilities, over time, bonuses, etc).
• Deduction’s calculation (Child support, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, Saving fund, ISR, etc).
• Benefit’s calculation (Saving fun, pension plan, food vouchers, vacation premium, christmas bonus, etc).
• Termination & Settlelment’s calculation according LFT.
Tax & Legal compliance
• Calculation of ISR, ISN, SBC and Social security contributions
• Validate the fiscal data of the Associates
• Responsible of intern audits of Governance & ICE controls
• Responsible of external audits of IMSS, SAT, STPS
Associates’s support
• Responsible of the tickets at MyPayroll platform within the SLA
• Responsible of Associate’s questions about payments, deductions & pay slips
• Approve inabilities at IMSS platform
• Approve mortgage loans at INFONAVIT platform
• Generate labor certificates
Continuous improvement
• Identify process improvements
• Strengthening internal controls
• Participation in new implementations and Payroll system updated

Degree of study
Degree in Accounting, Finance or Administration
