As a Payroll Analyst, you'll work closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and external payroll providers to deliver exceptional payroll services while helping modernize and improve the way payroll operates.
Your Mission
Deliver accurate and compliant payroll services across assigned EMEA countries while partnering with internal stakeholders and payroll vendors to drive operational excellence, employee satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
What Your Week Might Look Like
Validating payroll inputs and outputs with external payroll providers
Resolving employee payroll queries and investigating discrepancies
Partnering with HR, Benefits, Finance, and Accounting teams
Supporting payroll governance meetings and vendor reviews
Identifying opportunities for payroll process improvement and automation
Assessing the impact of policy and regulatory changes on payroll operations
What You'll Do
Manage payroll activities for assigned EMEA countries
Validate payroll outputs to ensure accuracy and compliance
Act as a key liaison between BMS and outsourced payroll vendors
Support employee payroll inquiries through the ticketing system
Monitor payroll controls, reconciliations, and reporting activities
Drive payroll process improvements, standardization, and efficiencies
Support payroll-related projects, acquisitions, and system enhancements

Your Background
Experience supporting payroll operations in at least two EMEA countries
Knowledge of end-to-end payroll processes, taxes, and payroll accounting
Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
Strong Excel skills and confidence working with payroll data
Experience with systems such as Workday, ADP Celergo/Global View, SAP, Service Now or similar
Shared Services or global business services experience preferred
Fluent English required; an additional European language is highly valued

Compensation Overview:
The starting compensation range(s) for this role are listed above for a full-time employee (FTE) basis. Additional incentive cash and stock opportunities (based on eligibility) may be available. The starting pay takes into account characteristics of the job, such as required skills, where the job is performed, the employee’s work schedule, job-related knowledge, and experience. The final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience and in accordance with pay equity principles and applicable employment laws.

BMS has an occupancy structure that determines where an employee is required to conduct their work. This structure includes site-essential, site-by-design, field-based and remote-by-design jobs. The occupancy type that you are assigned is determined by the nature and responsibilities of your role:
Site-essential roles require 100% of shifts onsite at your assigned facility. Site-by-design roles may be eligible for a hybrid work model with at least 50% onsite at your assigned facility.
