The Analyst, Payroll is responsible for processing accurate and timely payroll for employees across the United States and Canada (biweekly) and the United Kingdom and Ireland (monthly). This role ensures compliance with country‑specific regulations, partners with in‑country Human Resources professionals, and supports continuous improvement initiatives. The Payroll Analyst contributes to audit readiness, data integrity, and process standardization across the global payroll function.
This role will be located in our corporate office, and the hired individual will need to be in the office 5 days per week.
What you will do:
Payroll Processing
Process biweekly US and Canada payroll
Process monthly UK and Ireland payroll
Validate employee data - new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and timekeeping inputs, etc.
Perform pre‑payroll data audits to ensure accuracy
Reconcile payroll outputs, tax calculations, and statutory deductions
Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT to ensure data accuracy
Compliance & Controls
Support segregation of duties through proper documentation and workflows
Assist with internal and external audits
Maintain secure and confidential payroll records
Support employee payroll inquiries with professionalism and clarity
What we need from you:
2–4 years of payroll experience
Strong understanding of payroll regulations
Confidentiality and integrity
Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, data validation)
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work under tight deadlines
