Primary Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- Process complex payroll transactions accurately and timely.
- Audit payroll data to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Address payroll-related queries from employees and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Review employee payroll records for changes to ensure compliance with payroll regulations.
- Assist in financial reporting by preparing and distributing payroll reports as needed.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll data.
- Collaborate with payroll team and other departments to resolve payroll issues and discrepancies.
- Stay up to date with relevant laws and regulations related to payroll processing and compliance.
- Assist in preparing payroll-related documentation for audits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and other payroll related tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task and move from task to task seamlessly.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma required.
WORK EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATION:
- 4-5 years experience in payroll processing.
CERTIFICATES AND LICENSES:
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or similar certification preferred.
WORK ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Professional setting

- Continuous oral & written communication and listening skills.
- Continuous computer use
- Occasional bending, kneeling, lifting, pulling & pushing up to 10 pounds.
- Job requires a high level of mental awareness.

Pay Range:
42,784.00 - 58,816.00 USD annuallyThis range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
