As a Time & Attendance Payroll Specialist – Solstice Advanced Materials, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee time and attendance data, as well as resolving any discrepancies as needed. The scope of this role covers countries across the APAC and EMEA regions.
This role reports directly to the Regional Payroll Leader and follows a hybrid work schedule.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure time and attendance processes comply with local labor laws and statutory requirements across APAC and EMEA countries.
- Maintain awareness of country-specific rules on working hours, overtime, rest periods, and public holidays.
- Partner with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate pay outcomes based on compliant time data.
- Support audits and ensure adherence to internal controls and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintaining accurate employee time and attendance records.
- Resolving any discrepancies in the time and attendance records.
- Verifying employee work hours, overtime, and other time-related information.
- Entering data into our time and attendance system.
- Auditing and reviewing time and attendance records to ensure accuracy.
- Providing support to HR team with various tasks.
- Generating reports and analysing data related to employee attendance and time.
- Providing excellent customer service to employees and management.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in any time and attendance tools.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with time and attendance systems.
