We’re continuing to expand our international presence at a rapid pace, and Mexico City has been the heart of that growth. We’ve added over 250 new employees in just the past year. To sustain this pace, we are looking for an experienced accounting and payroll professional administrator to join our team.
You’ll work directly with our management team in Mexico as well as our Finance Leaders in the US to help build, improve and maintain a payroll and accounting processes that will allow Kunai to continue to grow while delivering best in class services to our employees and customers.
The role:
- Manage full cycle Mexican payroll in BUK including new hires and terminations. Experience with BUK preferred
- Ensure compliance with all government remittances
- Mexican budget and cashflow preparation
- Calculation of Food and Teleworking Vouchers
- Calculation, reconcile and remittance on all Mexican government taxes
- Mexican accounts payable full cycle – invoice approvals, document expenses, make payment by due date
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience with Mexican payroll and accounting
- Accounting degrees or diploma
- Detailed oriented and organized
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
