Job Description:
We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Administrator with a background in Workday Payroll Processing to join our dynamic team. The role involves managing payroll processes, guaranteeing precision, and upholding regulatory compliance at all levels.
Minimum qualifications 3-5 years of Workday payroll processing experience with strong excel experience and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. If you meet these qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Function of the Position:
- Process bi-weekly payroll for employees located in USA using Workday payroll system, ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and assist in day-to-day payroll operations.
- Work with ADP Smart compliance to make sure the quarterly taxes are filed correctly
- Process Off-cycle payrolls as required for terminated employees
- Handle payroll discrepancies and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
- Assist with year-end payroll process including reviewing and reconciling to ensure accuracy.
- Assist with international payroll
- Respond to employee enquiries relating to payroll.
- Prepare payroll and audit reports as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience with multi state payroll and payroll tax.
- Experience with Workday payroll is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Some experience working with payroll vendors for international payroll preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
