Job Descriptions:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator with excellent administrative
skills to support our payroll and HR administrative functions. This role is ideal for
someone who takes accuracy seriously, works well under deadlines, and is
comfortable navigating both numbers and people.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in end-to-end payroll processing, including data entry, timekeeping
validation, and ensuring all payroll components are paid accurately and on time - Calculate monthly overtime
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
- Manage employee benefits administration
- Support the offboarding process by preparing relevant documents and coordinating with respective departments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Accounting,
Psychology, Law, or a related field - Minimum 0–1 year of experience in Payroll or HR Administration — fresh
graduates are encouraged to apply - Detail-oriented and able to maintain accuracy, ensuring that all records are
always well-organized and up to date - Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of
discretion and professionalism - Having a good communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to
interact professionally with employees across all levels of the organization - Has proficiency in Microsoft Office is required
