Job Description:
Performs tasks to establish and maintain employee/payroll records. Duties may include checking and auditing timekeeping records for compliance with established standards, maintaining time and attendance records, entering new hires into the payroll system, posting changes in pay and tax status, and miscellaneous changes. Tasks are generally routine and require little or no deviation from established procedures.
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Review and import hours from time and attendance system.
- Work cooperatively with operating managers and Human Resources team to ensure the timecard and other payroll data is correct and on time.
- Performs audits to maintain the accuracy of the payroll data.
- Handles all processes with the pre-check of the off-cycle audit including, but not limited to the following: deductions, tax, and time off calculations.
- Audits and adjusts distributes monies according to legal limitations on garnishments, child support, or levy.
- Monitor and respond to incoming payroll correspondence via email and Service Now.
- Audits and may adjustments for employee tax data with proper authorization and approvals
- Other payroll related tasks and reports as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 6 months of payroll or financial related experience
- Helpful to have full-cycle payroll processing experience, but not required.
- FPC or CPP would be helpful, but not required.
- HCM experience preferred.

- Microsoft proficiency is required, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Technically inclined and a quick learner
- Prioritizes customer service; willing to go above and beyond to ensure prompt and courteous service.

- Prioritizes to ensure deadlines are met.
