We are currently seeking a hospitality minded individual for the full-time Accounts Payable/Payroll position
Candidates must have a desire to join a great team dedicated to providing outstanding care and service to our residents.
This position is responsible for data entry, clerical support duties, processing payroll and accounts payable and assisting the Financial Services Director in the day-to-day coordination and operation of the department.
Essential Job Duties:
- Prepares resident EFT’s and drafts appropriate resident bank account(s).
- Prepares daily/weekly deposits and scans to the bank.
- Reviews and summarizes timecards. Inputs payroll information into the computer using UKG
- Processes all phases of payroll including filing quarterly payroll tax returns.
- Reviews accounts payable invoices for accuracy.
- Inputs accounts payable into the computer using AP Express and generate accounts payable checks.
- Prepares monthly Petty Cash & Front Desk Deposits.
- Process PBJ (Payroll Based Journal) info into CMS website monthly.
