- Assist with processing payroll for international employees in 12 countries and ensure timely payroll funding.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for international payroll vendors and assist with payroll-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Review and maintain payroll and employee data for accuracy and compliance.
- Prepare journal entries and post transactions into the accounting system.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and assist with month-end closing activities.
- Support audits and reporting requests by providing accurate payroll and accounting records.
- Partner with internal teams, including HR, Finance, and Payroll, to ensure smooth processing and timely communication.
- 3-5+ years of payroll and/or accounting experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Knowledge of payroll and accounting systems.
- Strong Excel skills, including knowledge of VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and data analysis.
- Understanding of payroll accounting and journal entry preparation.
- International payroll experience preferred.
