monday.com is looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager for our Payment team to support our efforts in building our own billing and payments systems. You’ll join our R&D Team based in our headquarters, Tel Aviv, Israel.

The Payment team is responsible for some of the most impactful parts of our system - processing and managing all subscription and payment experiences on the platform and outside of it in Monday’s additional growing product lines.

We're on a mission to map and productize payment and financial flows at monday.com product suite and platform. We see this as a dynamic puzzle, where business decisions, operational excellence, and financial responsibility come together to form a seamless picture. And that's where you come in.

About The Role:

  • In PayOps you will map the financial business processes across organization and find product solutions to the challenges and needs for improving and scaling these processes
  • Envision the Big Picture: You'll have a hawk-eye view of our entire financial ecosystem, analyzing business needs, suggesting innovative solutions, and driving the productization of both manual and automated processes.
  • Bridge the Gap: Fluent in both business processes and data flows, you'll become the conduit between business stakeholders and software engineers, gathering requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and ensuring smooth implementations.
  • Become a Software Maestro: From understanding and integrating with leading financial software to managing development/integrations projects, you'll wear many hats. Task definition, prioritization, time estimation, tracking progress, and reporting to senior management are all in your domain.

Requirements


  • You're a natural problem-solver, adept at analyzing complex financial processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • You possess a deep understanding of both business needs and the capabilities of financial software.
  • Communication is your superpower – you articulate complex ideas clearly, collaborate with diverse teams, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • You're a self-starter, brimming with initiative and a passion for driving positive change.
  • 5+ years of professional work experience in product management of financial systems at SaaS company
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Information Systems / Computer Science
  • SQL knowledge - an advantage
  • Curious, independent, rigorous and proactive kind of a person
  • Must be fluent in English (writing and speaking)
