Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our sales team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for actively selling our products and services to new and existing customers. Your goal will be to contribute to the overall growth and success of our company by consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage with potential customers to promote our products and services.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve team goals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
- Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and knowledge.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Willingness to continuously develop sales skills and industry knowledge.

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must have a valid driver's license for the past at least 3 consecutive years.
  • Must have or be able to get a Texas driver's license.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
