**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
