Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Payments Team Lead to join our dynamic casino operations team. The Payments Team Lead will oversee and manage all payment-related processes, ensuring seamless and efficient transactions for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of casino payment systems, industry best practices, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent leadership and problem-solving skills, managing a team to ensure that payments are processed smoothly, securely, and in a timely manner. The Payments Team Lead will collaborate with various departments, identify payment process optimizations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing, leading, training, and developing team members to consistently enhance individual skills and achieve overall objectives
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the Payments Team.
- Performing consistent coaching and performance management of the team members
- Creating and plotting team schedules and performing resource management
- Monitoring the activities to ensure all service levels committed are achieved.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies.
- Prepare and present reports on team performance and trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Leadership experience of at least 6 months
- Proven experience in payment processing within the casino or gaming industry.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.
- Familiarity with industry-standard payment systems, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to strategize and execute plans efficiently.
