The Job

We're looking for a talented and enthusiastic Payments Technical Specialist to join our growing team.
You'll be the go-to expert for our embedded payments functionality, supporting both internal teams and external customers with setup, integration and troubleshooting. You'll also play a key role in shaping the future of our platform by working closely with the product and development teams.

Location: Leeds, LS15 or Reading, RG1 (hybrid)

What You’ll Do

  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams on the setup, integration and use of our embedded payments functionality.

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer queries in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the development of new features.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation and training materials.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in payment processing and related technologies.

  • Work closely with the Payment Solutions Specialist to ensure seamless customer experiences.
