Responsibilities
- Assist in onboarding and documentation of PSPs (NDAs, KYCs, DDQs, contracts).
- Track onboarding progress and maintain PSP contact and record systems.
- Prepare compliance and legal documentation for review.
- Coordinate with Product, Legal, and Compliance for integration readiness.
- Update trackers, checklists, and performance dashboards.
- Support monthly balance confirmation checks by gathering PSP statements, validating against internal data, and assisting in reconciliations.
- Maintain documentation of confirmations and follow up on discrepancies with PSPs.
- Support post-go-live validation and data reporting.
- Assist in ad-hoc projects within the Payments Department.
Requirements
- Understanding of KYC and compliance documentation processes.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and general reporting tools.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop within fintech.
