Our client, a top multinational in e-commerce, is looking for a Payments Senior Associate to join their Cross-Border team in LATAM.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of analysts in payment reconciliation and operational excellence.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
- Drive process improvements to enhance buyer/seller payment experiences.
- Collaborate with banks, Fintechs, and internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Analyze data (SQL/Excel) to reduce costs and optimize workflows.
- Ensure compliance and efficiency in cross-border payment systems.
What we’re looking for:
- 2-5 years of experience in project management (PMO) within the technology sector.
- 3–5 years of experience in payments, e-commerce, or fintech (reconciliation focus is a plus!).
- Advanced Data Analysis Skills (Excel/SQL) and proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello)
- Fluent English and Portuguese (written/spoken) is a MUST.
- Leadership mindset with ability to coach small teams.
- Problem-solver who thrives in deadline-driven environments.
