The Role

Asset Servicing Associate 

Location: Remote (LATAM)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Payments & Customer Support Specialist to support our funding and portfolio servicing operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring accurate and timely funding disbursements, maintaining merchant account records, and supporting day-to-day operational processes.

What Success Looks Like: 

  • Funding transactions are processed accurately and on time  
  • Merchant accounts are consistently up to date with complete, reliable records  
  • Payment activity is tracked with precision and discrepancies are quickly identified and resolved  
  • Daily operational and bookkeeping tasks are completed efficiently and without error  
  • Merchants and internal teams receive timely, clear, and helpful support  



How You’ll Be Measured: 

  • Funding accuracy and error rate  
  • Speed of funding disbursement post-approval  
  • Accuracy and completeness of merchant account records  
  • Timeliness of completing operational tasks and reconciliations  
  • Responsiveness and quality of merchant/internal communication  



What You’ve Done Before: 

  • Supported funding, payment processing, or financial operations workflows  
  • Managed or maintained financial records and transaction data  
  • Used Excel regularly for tracking, reporting, or reconciliation tasks  
  • Processed funding approvals and verify documentation prior to disbursement
  • Executed ACH and wire transactions to fund approved merchants
  • Ensured all approvals and compliance requirements are met before releasing funds
  • Maintained strict adherence to internal funding procedures

Tools and Expertise You’ll Bring: 

  • Microsoft Excel and Office Suite (strong proficiency 
  • Familiarity with ACH and wire transactions  
  • Familiarity with CRM or funding systems (e.g., Salesforce)  
  • Strong data accuracy and documentation management skills  
  • Ability to process financial transactions with precision and consistency
