Join J.P. Morgan's dynamic Payments Control organization, where your expertise will drive impactful regulatory and control activities. As a Vice President in the Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement (GRDE) function, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the quality review approach and training users on new solutions. This is your opportunity to lead innovation in a rapidly evolving payments landscape.
As a Vice President in the Payments Control - Global Regulatory Developments and Engagement team, you will focus on developing and implementing quality control frameworks, delivering training programs, and supporting innovation initiatives. You will manage business-as-usual activities, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across GRDE processes.
Job responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a robust framework for global regulatory assessment processes, conducting periodic reviews to ensure consistent quality
  • Design and deliver training programs for Global Control Managers on process changes and new solution demonstrations
  • Support GRDE innovation initiatives focused on automation, AI, and data integrations
  • Manage business-as-usual (BAU) activities, including data mining and investigation of process breaches, data inconsistencies, and defects in solutions

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 14 years of experience in Banking or Finance
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in control processes
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in payments and related regulations
  • Strong leadership and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and training delivery capabilities
  • Ability to analyze complex data and implement effective solutions

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Familiarity with global regulatory standards and compliance requirements
  • Experience in performing quality reviews or internal audits
