As an Associate in Business Management for the EMEA Liquidity & Account Solutions team, you play a pivotal role in supporting business leads with financial analysis and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, interpret financial data, and contribute to both day-to-day objectives and long-term vision. Job responsibilities
- Support business leads by analyzing financial performance and revenue/expense drivers
- Present and interpret financial information for senior stakeholders
- Create compelling presentations linking data to business activities using PowerPoint
- Analyze data and trends using Excel to inform business decisions
- Collaborate with colleagues across regions and functions
- Respond to executive requests for project management and business analysis
- Prepare strategic reports and analyses to advance business priorities
- Organize and communicate information clearly to various audiences
- Assist with client pipeline management and trend analysis
- Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for meetings and events
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and support audit and regulatory deliverables
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Previous experience supporting business management in a global organization
- Previous Experience with strategic analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with liquidity, account, or escrow products
- Interest in liquidity products and financial analysis
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize requests and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and strong numeric skills
- Effective communication and relationship-building abilities
- Proactive problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable presenting to audiences and working cross-functionally
