Join a dynamic team of business managers and support growth of the payment business
As a Vice President in Payments - Business Management, you will be partnering with the Payments Product and Payments Technology organization. You will be expected to promote strategic initiatives and be responsible for financial matters such as financial analysis, decision analytics, and evaluating the performance of businesses covered. You will also be required to take necessary steps to promote change as required. This role will provide you with the opportunity to interact regularly with multiple internal stakeholders in the region and globally, facilitating the execution of business strategy and financial analysis.
Job responsibilities
- Facilitate execution of the business strategy & financial analysis
- Partner in the preparation of strategy decks, business reviews & senior presentations
- Understand revenue/P&L drivers and develop the narrative & KPIs/KRIs around performance and business drivers
- Prepare monthly performance reporting, forecasting process, pipeline management, including expense and headcount trending and analysis
- Develop and implement regional governance frameworks
- Partner with country and global product partners to support key business initiatives and projects
- Actively contribute to an lead the APAC and as needed, Global F&BM agenda (priorities, projects, events)
- Own data-driven analysis to help facilitate decision making with a view to optimize "bottom line" business performance
- Provide strategic analysis, deep dives and reporting to facilitate business progression
- Build effective relationships and work closely with F&BM colleagues and functional partners across the firm
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 8 plus years experience in a Business Management/Strategy/Product/Business Finance or Trade/Transaction Banking role
- Ability to leverage Business intelligence tools & Data visualization with ability to develop the 'story'
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; flexibility, ability to prioritize requests and multi-task
- Strong analytical and numeric skills, excellent attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated and effective under pressure
- Strong communication, influencing and relationship building skills; team player
- Pro-active and problem solving mind-set with ability to identify issues, communicate and implement solutions
- Disciplined approach to managing processes and controls with a view to improve
