Analyze and complete reconciliation of all electronic digital payments tied to credit card, PayPal, eGiftCards, eWallet, & Campaigns. Data including, but not limited to settlements, refunds, adjustments, disputes, inquiries and chargebacks. Reconcile digital payments for Scholastic Book Club, Magazines, Education, and/or Book Fairs. Troubleshoot any digital payment processing issues and/or operational issues. Work with programmers to identify root causes and perform corrective actions.
Must always be confidential due to privileged information and customer data. Prioritize workload to ensure all databases, spreadsheets, and reporting are kept current and meet all deadlines. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Computer experience required;
- Ability to create and maintain Excel spreadsheets;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Working knowledge of one or more of the following systems required:
- Fusion, Oracle EBS, AS400, and/or CIS;
- Knowledge of Collections &/or Accounts Receivable functions required;
- Strong analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills;
- Experience in assigning priorities, meeting deadlines, & sound decision making;
- Proficient working alone and as part of team;
- Adaptable to change;
- Exceptional work ethic;
- Above average attendance required;
- Commitment to follow all PCI Compliance and Security Guidelines.
